Looking for a guided tour of Monterey or Carmel for a special occasion, or just for fun? Haven’t been in the water for a while and want a refresher course? Look no further, as I can help get you in the water and show you the best that Monterey has to offer. Need to get or refresh your CPR certification? My prices are competitive and I can do my best to accommodate your needs.
Tours
For one diver the prices are as follows:
1 Dive – $65
2 Dives – $85
For two divers the prices are as follows:
1 Dive – $95
2 Dives – $150
For more than two divers please contact me directly for pricing. I need at least 24 hours notice for tours, and will require certification verification as well as a liability release prior to beginning the tour.
Scuba Review
As the scuba review can be a very helpful option for people who have been out of the water for some time and would like a refresher, it does require a pool. The pool cost will be passed on directly to the participant but normally is not more than $50/hour with a two hour minimum, however mind you that there are the twenty Open Water skills to review. For some people this may take longer or slightly less than two hours. If you have access to a pool at no charge then all there is to pay is the program fee. If more than one diver is interested in this program the pool costs become less of a burdeon.
1 Diver Scuba Review – $75
2 Diver Scuba Review – $95
Also note PADI has a scuba review workbook to accompany the scuba review. If there is interest please contact me for more details.
EFR – Primary and Secondary Care
Looking to become a Rescue Diver and need to complete a Qualifying EFR course? Need to update your CPR certification for your job? Does your company or organization wish to have all or some of its employees or volunteers CPR certified? I can help accomplish these goals as well!
Emergency First Response certifications generally include Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (first aid) with the option of being trained on the use of an AED. Additionally if necessary I can certify you in the care for children as well. Please note that the Primary and Secondary care course as well as the care for children course have independent reading materials that you will need to purchase for the course. Please note that
Emergency First Response meets the compliance standards of many additional organizations, including Federal US OSHA Guideline 29 CFR 1910.15.
Course Fees
Primary Care & Secondary Care for Adults – $75
Primary Care & Secondary care for Infants and Children – $75
Primary Care & Secondary Care for Infants, Children, & Adults – $125
Participant Manuals
Primary & Secondary Care for Adults – $15
Primary & Secondary Care for Infants and Children – $15
* Optionally you can purchase the video for review at home, but this is not required for the course. Please let me know if you are interested in this material. The instructor will be showing this video during the course, owning your own copy allows you to review at home any time you feel like getting a refresher.
It is suggested that you review and complete the manuals prior to the course. This allows for the most efficient use of time. The use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is an optional skill and can be taught if you are interested in learning how. There is no fee associated with this additonal skill.
